Narrowband horizontal twin resaw
Twin head machines have chain and steel serrated dogs in place of rubber conveyors for added grip.
Sizing on the Cawmat resaw can easily be achieved by raising or lowering the head.
The bed is at a fixed height
The Twin band resaw head rigs are positioned face to face, resulting in the blades cutting within 150mm of each other - this produces exceptional accuracy, particularly if timber has stress.
Dimensions of timber to be sawn:
- Max. height 260 mm
- Max. width 230 mm (300 wide = 325 mm)
- (600 wide = 625 mm)

- Conveyor width 150 mm (also 300 wide/600 wide)
