Narrowband horizontal single resaw

The single resaws have rubber conveyors to prevent timber slip.

Sizing on the Cawmat resaw can easily be achieved by raising or lowering the head.

The bed is at a fixed height

 

Dimensions of timber to be sawn:

  • Max. height 260 mm
  • Max. width 230 mm (300 wide = 325 mm)
  • (600 wide = 625 mm)

Conveyor dimensions:

  • Conveyor width 150 mm (also 300 wide/600 wide)
  • Conveyor length 3000 mm
  • Bandwheel solid steel diameter 720 mm
  • Blade width 32 - 40 mm

Power Rating (electric) 1 main motor (Single resaw) 11 kW (600wide = 15kW)

                                 1 conveyor belt drive 0.375 kW (600wide = 0.75kW)
